Conditions
Because A1Mailbox.com works with a number of manufacturers, terms
and conditions may vary based upon the
particular mailbox you decide to purchase. Below are the
guarantees and/or warrantees as provided by individual
manufacturers.
Brick Mailbox
Manufacturing
Warranty:
"Brick Mailbox
Manufacturing provides a one-year, limited warranty to
the original purchaser covering major defects (see
disclaimer below) in material and workmanship, if
reported in writing to Brick Mailbox Manufacturing
within one-year of date-of-delivery. Damages
caused by sprinklers, accidents or vandalism are not
included. This warranty is
limited to the cost of materials and repair of the
mailbox and/or masonry only, and does not include
installation costs, transportation neglect or costs,
misuse or alterations made by, or on behalf of, the
customer. Customer accepts full responsibility for all
choices made on custom orders and understands that
custom orders are non-refundable. For products covered
by our warranty, Brick Mailbox Manufacturing, at its
sole discretion, may repair or replace some or all of
the custom mailbox and reserves the right to supply a
third party for such services. The maximum liability of
Brick Mailbox Manufacturing is limited to the full cost
of the product sold plus applicable shipping and sales
tax, if charged in the original order."
Disclaimer: "Due to the nature of kiln-fired clay, slight
variations in color, size, texture, and shape of products may be
visible. These variations, along with slight chipping and cracking,
which may occur during firing or transportation, are not covered by
warranty."
Warning
CA Proposition 65: "Cutting or grinding these products will expose
you to silica which is known to the State of California to cause
cancer and other chemicals which are known to the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive
harm."

dVault Company
dVault Limited
Lifetime Warranty: "dVault manufactured products are
warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship to the original owner for an unlimited time.
dVault will correct any construction failures without
charge. Owner must cover all shipping charges to and
from dVault. This warranty does not cover repairs
necessitated by normal use (normal wear and tear);
damage caused by misuse or accident; exposures to
extremes of moisture or temperature; lacquer checking or
cracking; or repairs to any instrument that has been
altered or repaired by anyone other than dVault Company,
Inc. or an authorized repair person.

was originally purchased, or you may contact dVault

Salsbury Industries
Returned Goods:
"Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA
(returned goods authorization) number from Salsbury
Industries and must be shipped freight prepaid to
Salsbury Industries, 1010 East 62nd Street, Los Angeles,
CA 90001-1598. Products must be returned in their
original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of
receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Custom orders and orders with options cannot be
cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange
or refund."
Warranty:
"Salsbury
Industries provides a one (1) year limited warranty to
the original purchaser covering defects in material and
workmanship if reported in writing to Salsbury
Industries within one (1) year of the delivery date.
This warranty is limited to the cost of the products and
does not include installation costs, transportation
neglect or costs, misuse or alterations by the customer.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages; as such this
limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. Salsbury
Industries, at its option, may replace or repair
defective products. Returned goods will not be accepted
without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number
from Salsbury Industries and must be shipped freight
prepaid to Salsbury Industries, 1010 East 62nd Street,
Los Angeles, CA 90001-1598."

A1Mailbox.com agrees
to act as a liaison on your behalf should a dispute
arise with any manufacturer whom we represent. Our
liabilities and actions are limited by the terms and
conditions provided by these manufacturers. Any service or
product provided by A1Mailbox.com that is not covered by
terms and conditions of a manufacturer, as stated above,
will be accompanied by its own applicable terms and
conditions. Should a dispute arise between you and
A1Mailbox.com, we will do our best to remedy the issue
in a timely fashion. Our maximum liability is limited to
the full cost of the service or product being disputed
plus applicable shipping and sales tax, if charged in
the original order.
